  1. Free site survey
  2. Maintenance visit once per month
  3. 3 hour call out response 24 hours per day
  4. Preparation of full system test specification and customer's own maintenance plan
  5. Full engineers report following each maintenance or call out visit
  6. Free Software upgrades where necessary
  7. Secure storage for disk and memory card backups
  8. Equipment loan should a major piece require repairs off site
  9. Technical help line

Gold Service

  3. Call out response within 24 hours

Silver Service

  2. Mainenance visit once per three months
  3. Call out responce within two days
  4. Full engineers report following each maintenance or call out visit
